Shipping policy

Shipping:

We ship worldwide. From a purchase price of 20 euros, shipping is free of charge. All products are shipped with DHL climate neutral and with shipment tracking.

The following shipping costs apply for purchases under 20 euros:

• Shipping "Germany":  € 2,50
• Shipping "EU": € 3,50
• Shipping "Global":  € 6

Delivery:

For immediately available items, the goods will be dispatched after receipt of the purchase price and delivered within 3-5 working days.

Shipping to a packing station is unfortunately not possible.

Items that are custom-made will be shipped after consultation or as soon as the product has been completed. Delivery is also based on the DHL shipping times, usually within 3-5 working days.
